Brazil

Real change begins when responsibility becomes collective.

In Brazil, Frágil operates on two main fronts: awareness-raising and preventive education. Our work is grounded in local assessments, developed in collaboration with other partners, which help us understand the specific needs of each region and develop materials and initiatives tailored to Brazilian reality—not merely translated, but created through a contextual and participatory approach.

One of the central aspects of the Task Force in the country is its commitment to engaging men as agents of change. The work seeks to inform in order to educate, encouraging reflection and male accountability in the face of exploitation dynamics. The initiative is based on the principle that sustainable transformation requires men to step forward and dialogue with other men, especially in contexts related to prostitution and the consumption of sexual exploitation.

Furthermore, Brazilian task forces have been expanding their presence at national and international events, conducting awareness campaigns about the false promises frequently used as grooming strategies. These actions aim to strengthen communities’ capacity to identify and respond to situations of risk.

Real change begins when responsibility becomes collective. Engage with Frágil and help strengthen initiatives that raise awareness, educate, and transform behaviours.
