Based in Derby, the United Kingdom serves as Frágil’s Operational Centre, responsible for the global coordination of task forces, the production of institutional and training materials, and the deployment of teams to provide support and training to local partnerships.

Beyond its administrative and strategic function, the HUB also operates as a training and practical development centre, offering programmes focused on understanding and addressing issues such as modern slavery, migration, and refugee vulnerability.

These programmes combine theoretical learning with applied experience, enabling participants to be prepared to work consciously and effectively in the contexts where Frágil operates. The training also aims to equip and inspire new members for Frágil’s task forces or for emerging local movements born from this vision.

In addition to serving as a base for international expansion, Frágil United Kingdom also conducts local assessments in Derby, seeking to understand and respond to the challenges of its own community, particularly in addressing vulnerability and exploitation.
