Each story of rescue is a reminder that freedom demands commitment.
Pakistan is a predominantly Muslim country (around 98% of the population), where modern slavery remains a persistent reality.
In regions such as Lahore, for example, thousands of people have lived for decades under bonded labour — entire families trapped in brick kilns, forced to work to repay debts that, in practice, never end.
The Task Force in Pakistan focuses on three main areas: rescue, restoration, and reintegration.
Through local partnerships, families in situations of exploitation are identified, and their debts are paid off to enable their freedom. From there, the work continues through follow-up and support, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity — reintegrating into communities, returning to work, ensuring their children’s education, and accessing healthcare.
Each story of rescue is a reminder that freedom demands commitment.
Support the restoration process of these families and help turn the cycle of servitude into a future of hope.
